Panel Discussion
The panel discussion “If TODAY Were August 31, 2050, What Would CSR’s ROI Really Deliver?” brought together leaders who don’t ask, “What will this cost?” but instead, “What will it cost us if we don’t?”
What unfolded was not just conversation, but a call to action. From Shilpashree (Colgate) redefining ROI as Return on Implementation, to Ketan (FUEL) framing it as Return on Imagination, Ganesaraman ([24]7.ai) envisioning it as Ripples of Impact, and Sriram (United Way Bengaluru) anchoring it as Recreating One’s Identity—every voice shaped a bold vision of impact.
This panel reminded us that the true ROI of CSR will never be found in spreadsheets, but in lives transformed and futures rebuilt.

Awarding CSR Leaders
From over 200+ CSR leaders we mapped, ~20 remarkable changemakers from Colgate, Ather Energy, Broadridge, [24]7.ai, Amadeus Labs, 3M were recognized as CSR Icons of India – 2025. Each awardee was chosen through a rigorous process of internal reviews, peer comparisons, and expert inputs from implementation partners.
Their recognition reflects more than titles—it reflects bold leadership, visionary thinking, deep community engagement, and a commitment to creating ecosystems of change that move beyond charity to lasting impact.
These are the leaders who don’t just start initiatives, but spark movements. They are the Doers of Today—proving that the future is built by those who act now.

Networking
The Today Club Annual CSR Summit was more than an event—it was a meeting ground for change-makers. Leaders from corporates, nonprofits, government, philanthropy, and social enterprises came together with one purpose: to reimagine the future of CSR and its role in building sustainable impact. Designed to go beyond introductions, the Summit featured curated networking spaces—from intimate roundtables and thematic discussions to interactive lounges and experience zones—that encouraged honest dialogue and collaboration. Every conversation was intentional, sparking new ideas, fresh perspectives, and partnerships that extend far beyond the Summit.
For many participants, the Summit was not just about attending sessions—it was about finding allies, building relationships, and laying the foundation for the next wave of transformative CSR initiatives.

Exhibition
The Exhibition Zone at the Today Club Annual CSR Summit 2025 showcased innovations, scalable models, and purpose-driven solutions from nonprofits, social enterprises, and CSR foundations. More than just displays, it became a collaborative hub for delegates to engage with changemakers, spark partnerships, and experience impact in action.

ImpactOS Launch
ImpactOS – India’s first and only operating system for impact – was unveiled at the Today Club Annual CSR Summit 2025. Just as UPI unified digital payments for millions, ImpactOS unifies CSR by bringing corporates, nonprofits, and communities onto a single, seamless system.
It is not another platform—it is the backbone of collaboration, where every initiative can be designed, implemented, tracked, and scaled with clarity and trust. By eliminating silos and enabling interoperability, ImpactOS ensures CSR is no longer fragmented projects—it becomes a cohesive ecosystem. It is India’s bold step towards making impact work as intuitively and inclusively
